I recently went on a city break to a hotel that I had high expectations for. the location was perfect, close to shopping and historical locations. the staff was very informative and ensured a service was provided to a high standard. the room was well maintained, clean and very spacious.
The lack of privacy during check in as the staff ensured that my personal details were said out loud to the other guests. the decor in the room was outdated and in need of refurbishment.

Located in the mesmerizing dunes, this hotel can be easily accessible by a direct train from Delhi or deluxe bus from Jaipur. the hotel, with its fascinating heritage walk, gives a great insight into the area that covers some fascinating glimpses of the locality. the staff was helpful with the luggage, breakfast was delicious, and the room was unique in its own way.
The bathroom was not big enough for my liking.

Such a surprise! The building was impressive and stole the scene. The staff were friendly and provided top-notch service. The food was simply delicious, one of the best I've tasted. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions in the area.
The central dining area lacked ambiance and looked a bit dull. The pillows were too firm and could have been softer.

We had an unforgettable stay in this hotel. The rooms were impressively clean and well-maintained with beautiful decor. We loved the friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the restaurant with its delicious food. Also, we enjoyed a variety of activities arranged by the hotel such as a visit to a wildlife sanctuary and dinner by oil lamp in the desert.
Nothing is perfect.
